BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

TapLook Nails & Spa – Mobile Nail & Haircut Services

Advance Booking:
- All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure service availability.
- For same-day bookings, please contact us directly to check for availability.
Booking Confirmation:
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
- Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive updates.
Deposit Requirement:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for services valued at $50 or more.
- Deposits can be paid via online transfer, credit card, or through our secure booking system.
Travel Surcharge:
- A travel surcharge may apply for locations outside of a 10 km radius from our service area. This fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Timeframe:
- 24 hours or more notice: Full refund of your deposit.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling:
- Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $10 administrative fee.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
- In cases of extreme weather or uncontrollable circumstances, TapLook reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. A full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

Client Delays: Our team allows a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, additional fees may apply, or the appointment may be canceled (deposit forfeited).
Technician Delays: If our technician is late, we will notify you immediately and ensure your full service is completed.

Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness or with contagious conditions may have their appointment rescheduled for the safety of our staff and other clients.
